Boom Arts Academy ships to customers in the UK.

Our order delivery times are estimated only from the point of dispatch. Some order processing times can vary and all orders are processed 9am-4pm, Monday to Friday (UK time) only.

​

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day.

If you have not received your order within 10 working days, please contact us and we will help you track it down!

• METHOD: Tracked & signed for delivery on all orders

• DELIVERY TIME: Estimated 1-3 working days

• PRICE: £4.00 single item + £0.50p per each additional item

 

Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order or need to swap size, Boom Arts Academy accepts any returned items if returned within 30 days of receipt and only if goods are in a new and unused condition with original tags and packaging.

After receiving your returned parcel we will take the appropriate action depending on your request for either a replacement item or refund.
