Boom Arts Academy Shows
Performing in shows is an unrivalled experience
Performing in shows at Boom Arts Academy is like diving headfirst into a glitter-filled tornado of excitement!
Why Perform? Well, Picture this: the stage is set, the lights are dimmed, and the adrenaline is pumping. Our students get to strut their stuff in front of a live audience! It’s not just dancing; it’s a magical fusion of passion, rhythm, and pure showbiz pizzazz. It's Boomtastic!
Showtime shenanigans - when our classes gear up for shows, it’s like a dance party on steroids! Forget about syllabus and exams, this is the chance to learn jaw-dropping dance sequences that’ll make their feet tingle with joy.

Costumes, Props, and Drama, Oh My! Imagine twirling onstage in a sequined costume, wielding a feather boa, and basking in the glow of dramatic lighting. It’s not just a performance; it’s a full-on production! The audience gasps, the music swells, and your child's the star of their own dance galaxy.

The 'standing ovation moment'. As the curtain falls, they'll feel the rush—the applause echoing in their ears, the thrill of accomplishment. This isn’t just a dream; it’s an experience etched in both their, and your own, hearts and memories forever.

Remember, life’s a dance floor, and our students are the choreographer of their own destiny! So grab those jazz hands, strike a pose, and let the show begin!

A Night at the Boomusicals 2024
Our Boom Arts Academy show for 2024, A night of Boomusicals, was at the fabulous Millenium Theatre, on Saturday 1st June 2024.

From rehearsals, to full dress rehearsals and the show itself - our students got to experience what its like to be part of production and be the star of the show! Dancing and performing to both modern and classic hits that everyone knows.

All students attending our independent Boom Arts classes (Kenley Memorial Hall, Tatsfield Village Hall, Sanderstead Methodist Church and Shirley Harris Benson) together with selected afterschool clubs at St. Johns CofE, were invited to take part.

We had over 100 students performing on the evening, in front of 600 audience members!
